Pet Description:

Looks Siamese-ish. I spotted him last night sitting in the road, but he scooted away when I approached. I went back today, he was on the same street. In very poor shape :( A huge matted section of fur on the chest that sticks out. Black splotches all over face. I attempted to feed, but he kept walking away. Last I saw, he went under a gate at 2015 S. Van Patten Pl.
