Cooper has his FRONT PAWS DECLAWED & he's neutered. HE NEEDS MEDICATION FOR A HEART MURMUR! He is all black w/golden eyes & there's 2 or 3 white hairs on his forehead & a few on his chest. He is on the smaller side & kind of skinny, but he is long. Cooper is 3 yrs old & about 8 lbs.. He is very sweet & purrs very loud. He goes outside, but always comes home every night & sleeps at home in the house.
