Cat seems to have been around the area for a couple of years, not sure if she has a home or not but definitely concerned because she was lying down on the street when it was pretty dark out. Has no collar. Home owners around the area had no idea whose cat she was, they just knew she's been around here for over two years. Meows alot, very friendly. Doesn't seem feral.
