Pet Description:

This poor guy was found last week by Virginia Beach Animal Control. He has a microchip but it is registered to the original shelter he came from in Atlanta, his name at that time was Topper. The adoption was done through a third party who no longer has records so we are attempting to locate the owner. Any information would be appreciated. Picture shown is from 2011 the last time we had him here.
