Appears to be neutered, beautiful healthy fur, a little skinny and ate some food I provided. - This cat looked like one I saw in a missing ad so I picked him up and brought him inside. It ended up not being the cat in the ad. Now I am worried I picked up someone's outside cat, although I've never seen it before. If you lost your cat and I found him awesome!
