Pet Description:

Seen in Euclid square all day on Sunday: XL orange/golden and white cat with blue bell on collar but no tags. Shorthair. Did not run or fight back when almost attacked by a dog. Seems overly lethargic even for a cat. He/she was still there at 10:30 PM on the playground.
