Teddy is not wearing a collar, but if someone captured him he could have one on. He weighs approx 15 lbs. He is chipped. We were giving information that a neighbor threatened to take him and keep him if they saw him out so if he is brought to a vet and scanned and the owner is not named Jason, please call 717-462-1469 because he’s obviously been stolen.
