WONDERFUL Site, app, service(s), features, et al!! In regards to my personal situation & my own missing fur baby - my buddy - Joey.....Fortunately (or (UN)fortuneately - it depends on ones perspective I guess......this service ended up being unnecessary because my fur buddy - love him as I do - proved to be a pain in the a$$ once more because he was in the house the entire time despite us tearing down the entire home in searching for him!!! Grrrrrr, Joey!!! So, I wanted to be honest about that so I can also be honest in my review and state that it was extremely impressive nonetheless and I recommend the suite wholeheartedly!!!! It has a wonder list inclusive features and/or add ons, etc. I was thoroughly impressed by said set. I did indeed make purchases for add ons, and it was during that initial reporting period and submission of of a lost cat report that I was completely shocked (in a positive manner) by their options, the packages, the service tiers & even the overall a la carte products. They offered things I never would have thought to even have as an option, nor to try & do off on my own and/or optionally increase the breadth of outreach, etc. Specifically, one of the items that I thought was really a GENIUS service/item/offering was the ‘Animal Amber Alert’ (I’m still working on my own name for it, so far I’m on, ‘Frantic Furbaby Finder’ or ‘Kode Kitty Krisis’ / ‘Kode K-9 Krisis’). This service will compile a list of shelters, ‘pounds’, animal control offices, police stations, fire stations, pet stores, dog walkers, pet sitters, veterinarians offices, 24/7 animal hospitals, local members that have signed up or agreed to be part of a ‘neighborhood watch’ style program to help look for lost pets, etc. etc. etc. (the list is longer than that, I can’t even recall the full list) and, essentially, once you submit you report of a lost pet, this service takes your descriptive information, anything else pertinent, and then reformers it into an BOTH and Audio Recording AND a Text/Typed Display (mirroring the audio recording). FINALLY, Let’s say that your package (or, if done separately, your add-on) calls for an amber alert of 500 people & Offices, well, as soon as All formulation is completed, the service will basically find the 500 phone numbers that are simultaneously the CLOSEST and the MOST ACTIVE (be it community members or police officers and on down the line to vets & pet stores , etc.) and proceed to CALL that entire list (ALL 500 numbers!!!!) and, as soon as someone answers, play the audio recording for the person listening....literally, an Animal Amber Alert! Not to be outdone, While that amber alert is taking place, they are ALSO creating a MASS EMAIL, MASS GROUP TEXT AND they are taking a copy of the “lost pet flyer” combined with any appropriate cover pages and the type out version of your audio message, etc. and then,all at the same moment, they are distributing the message - whether in a simple mass text - or as multiple pages with the flyer attached, etc. via Group SMS, Group MMS, Emailing an HTML page, Emailing as a PDF attachment AND even going OLD SCHOOL and FAXING IT OUT TO every fax number they can find!!! I CANNOT praise this service enough!!!! 1000% worth it!! Bryan & Joey!
