Small SHY black cat with green eyes . Around 7 to 10 pounds. More than a year old. The cat was chipped by the vet and has one ear nicked that indicates that the cat has been neutered. He is an indoor cat and has never been outside. Morty was visiting Newport News and he left the house while no one was looking. He lives in Asheville NC. The vet that chipped him is in Asheville.
