Hello we have a lot of stray cats around my house but this one seems to be a mama and has two little baby’s with her. Also she has what looks like a flee collar on her so someone had to have put that on her. She is very shy but will come close but not too close so she has been around people before. But I fell like the baby’s have been born outside because she are terrified of me.
