Found orange tabby 6-8 month old kitten/cat? It has a collar maybe two and has a tiny bell with possibly a sparkle/glitter stripe and they appear too tight. It looks as if it might be pregnant, but not sure. It may be a male w/ a round belly. It is very skittish and meows a lot.It's living alone near Arlington and Washington by Wilson Park in Torrance.
