Pet Description:

Small, male, mostly black with white paws, neck, & nose area. Very sweet, skittish until trusts, very vocal (not sure if it's circumstances though.) No collar, clean (doesn't appear to be stray.) Allowed me to pick him up & pet him. Appears comfortable with other cats. Seen in neighborhood over last week or two.
