Pet Description:

Milton is soft and fluffy. He is small/petite and he isn't the best at grooming himself. He is very friendly and will go up to passers by, rolling over for pet. He is very talkative and his meow is faint and high pitched. We are worried that his lack of collar and friendliness led to someone taking him home thinking he is a stray. He is chipped.
