Pet Description:

Have not been able to get a hold of cat to bring to shelter to check microchip. Small black cat, looks to possibly be a kitten still or at least under a year old. Primarily black with white markings on its chest, paws and belly. Wearing a blue collar with a bell. Have more pictures as I've seen it wondering around my apartment.
