Pet Description:

Orange Tabby with a white chest, he is on the smaller side maybe a younger guy. I was able to locate his original shelter where he was adopted via microchip but they can not locate the owner due to misfiled paperwork and the microchip was never reassigned to the new owner. He has a cut on his head that is being cared for by the vet and was extremely dirty when found.
