Pet Description:

Found laying in the middle of the street, clearly suffering from the heat. Grey long-haired older cat with white paws and hindquarters, very thin and appears to have been outdoors for some time. No collar but perked up a bit and was gentle and affectionate after giving her/him some water and shade.
