Pet Description:

Found cat, all black. about 10 pounds. The cat was hit by a car and appeared to have passed away due to the impact. I took it to the Saint Augustine regional veterinary emergency center. They scanned it and found no microchip. The cat was found on the road going south A1A between W. 16th St., and 11th St. near the corner by Anastasia Eye clinic and across from the police station.
