Pet Description:

Small black kitty with small white tuft of fur on chest under chin. BB is 2-3 years old, vision impaired, just neutered and still has stitches, chipped. He was a prior friendly colony cat that was being brought into rescue due to vision issues, problems with his front legs (arthritis) and possible intestinal issues. He escaped through a screen from his fosters home 30 hours after arriving and is unfamiliar with the area.
