Pet Description:

Rather thin, younger black cat (not neutered), cautious of people but would eat near me. Was not able to pet. Seen many times/ late afternoon and night time. Seems familiar to the area and wants to be friendly. Left food and water for the cat in the carriage house apartment complex and contacted a location rescue group.
