His eyes are infected. He was going to doctors regularly for them but by now with no one cleaning them, they may be crusted shut. He is a skittish cat skinny about a year old. He is my baby. He will come to treats if u shake them. He doesn't warm up to men so a woman should try and get him to come to her. He doesn't have his collar on. Lost by fire dept in live oak, ca and isn't familiar with the area. A friend was watching him. Im offering a reward if found
