Pet Description:

Little kitten was crying for help. It was in the concrete barriers in the breakdown lane for the highway expansion. It took me a bit to locate it & then couple hours to get it out. Once I picked it up it was very happy. It was starving. I'm guessing its about 4 weeks old. I have it in a pet crate & fed it & wrapped it in warm towel.
