Pet Description:

Found orange and white cat on W. bound Navy Drive offramp Sorry to inform you that if you lost a orange and white cat in the area of that off ramp, it must have been hit. I couldn't stop as I had people behind me and I don't know how to easily go back there on foot. I think it was a medium/long hair. I had capped the CHP who said Caltrans would pick it up, but they don't check for a chip or anything further.
