He is an inside cat that is not used to being around strangers. And when he gets scared he runs. He got of his carrier when we went to get him fixed & was so scared of the environment, he took off running. At home, he' lives w/ a cat & 2 rabbits. He is friendly/playful with them but likely fearful of unfamiliar animals/people. However once he trusts you? He is sooooo friendly, LOVES to be held and babied.
