Orange and white male tabby cat. 3 years old and also fixed. He's scared of really loud noises. Very vocal and meows in a pattern. He has white sock pattern on all feet. He responds to Yippy bug or Ripley Cat. He says moowow when doing a long meow. He has a orange patch on his chin to his neck. Loves being held and will stretch up your leg and tap with a paw to be picked up. Please help me bring him home.
