Pet Description:

Found cat near conner and jefferson. It was a cold rainy night. The cat looked scared and was darting in front of cars. I opened the car door and the cat jumped in. I'm nearly positive this is someone's cat and is not a stray/ferral.Very sweet cat. Also its neutered. All black with a white patch on chest and white tip on tail.
