Pet Description:

Kitty is super affectionate and semi vocal. I found it while looking for the missing Wendell boy. The kitty called out to me whenever I would call out for the little boy. Wasn't shy at all and came up to me right away. It was cold and wet outside and clearly seemed to have a home. I checked for microchip right away with no luck.
