Pet Description:

I believe this is a female cat? She's a black/white cat - like a tuxedo cat - with a teeny tiny 'mustache.' Super silky/clean, super friendly. She has an odd 'meow' or sound she makes - sounds like a low growl. Found her in the parking lot of my apartment building. I have her safe and sound and want to find her human/s!!
