All black neutered male, with thin patch of white on chest that’s barely noticeable , sorta a bigger cat if he’s not hungry and skinny right now… our neighbors trapped him and took him to the park.. probably will hide from you , short-medium length hair. Reward if found please help! Was seen at the park again 8/28/2022 near the dog park
