Super friendly kitty. Seems lost. Has blue eyes. A blue collar with a little bell and an anchor tag on it. Been hanging out on the corner of spring and Desson in Troy all day. Keeps coming up to people, looking like she is in need of help. I would bring her in, but I’m staying at a friends place as a guest. Really hope someone helps this cat. She definitely doesn’t belong on the street and seems like she needs help and wants to be somewhere safe.
