Pet Description:

Black, gray and white. Male. Young and small. ~1 year old. Green eyes. Pink nose. Has all claws. No collar, no microchip and not neutered.Found meowing loudly at a white van and hiding under the van in its undercarriage. Nearby neighbors and owner of van are not familiar with him. He is scared and timid, but is otherwise very friendly and cooperative. Doesn’t scratch or hiss at humans and seems to be well fed.
