Pet Description:

All black cat. Stray white hairs here and there, but no patches of white. PRETTY SURE it’s a neutered male. About 9 lbs. All claws. He had a collar but no tags. He was also chipped, but the chip was not registered. Super nice. Fur feels a bit brittle, he’s been getting eaten up by fleas for a while ??
