6 years old, friendly and playful all black with a few white hairs at his chest/base of his neck. Greenish yellow eyes. He is neutered, chipped, wearing a purple collar with dog boned shaped tag with name/info. Roscoe is quite a character, talkative, and he is loved and missed terribly. Roscoe was last seen 10/03/20 at 12:30am.. He just disappeared...no sight, sound, or clues as to what happened. Any information is welcomed. Thanks.
