Ricky was found at Animal Services after 1 1/2 years missing. I told them i was waiting on my check so i cant get him out. I was under the impression that I would adopt him but they adopted him out. I was horrified to here what they did. He was adopted on Jan 20 2021. Please who ever adopted my Ricky please call me I miss him so much he looked so sad in the shelter. Until he saw me and heard me call his name. Someone took him from me and dropped him off across the freeway 7miles from his home. I
