I am grieving the loss of my kitty that I adopted back in January from a St. Louis County Animal Control facility and was pressured (not guided) to surrender because I was upset and frustrated with an unknown medical condition I insisted she had when I adopted her that they assured me did not exist. This past Monday, they sent her off to a rescue group because they could not give her the medical care she needed. One of the agency representatives told me that. Well why had they said she was available for adoption when apparently she wasn't!! Or maybe they are incompetent in their vet care!! Either way, I lost my kitty of about a month and I am beside myself. I only have eyes for her!
