Ruby is a dark black and brown tabby. Unless she lost it, she was wearing a reflective collar with an orange fluffy fabric flower added to it. It also had a bell and tag. She’s got anxiety so she’s licked her belly & the inside of her rear legs nearly clean of fur. She’s got a cream colored chin area and a small white tuft on collarbone. She loves “cookies” and may respond to the shaking of a small container with kibble or treats in it. Dead or alive, owner desperately seeks info. Reward.
