This is the neighborhood (SW, DC) cat I was just informed that someone who doesn’t live in my neighborhood stole her and dropped off somewhere Virginia. Her name is snowball she’s white with a little bit of brown on her tail her ears and her face. Her nose is sometimes hot pink she’s very friendly and very affectionate. I’m just notifying someone because I was under the pression that one of the neighbors decided to keep her inside their home
