Lupert is very shiny and on the smaller side for a three year old. He doesn't have a collar (but is microchipped). He can be friendly or stand-offish. He's chatty and loves to play with water from hoses--almost obsessively. If you see a black cat and you're not sure it's him, run a hose and he'll be mesmerized!
