My parent's cat Ziggy is missing from South Oceanside. We've had Ziggy since I worked at the Humane Society (2006) when he was brought in as a semi-feral kitten with a broken leg.Ziggy is an indoor only cat and typically is only seen outside in his Catio with his brother & sister. Sometime late Saturday night, we assume Ziggy escaped through the slightly opened garage door.
