5/25/19 - Jazz is still missing so please continue to keep an eye out for him. Lost in Covington Villas/Woodland Forest area off of Buttermilk Rd. Jazz has a pink nose with black spot on upper right side. Unless it has broken free, he is wearing a green collar with a tag that has his name and phone number; however, I believe it is my old number.
