Pet Description:

Phoebe is about 5 years old. spayed, long hair, blue eyes, and she has a small scratch on her noes from a previous accident. She slipped out of the house, and we found her collar and flea collar taken off on our driveway. Since the collar was unclassped and not ripped, we have a feeling she might have been stolen. Please please let us know if you think you have her, or if you may have seen her somewhere.
