Cat was sitting in apartment complex on third floor in virtually the same spot all day on July 31. Left it alone in case its owners did this intentionally.August 1, cat had jumped down to second floor of building in atrium, taking shelter in a neighbors patio. We took it in and gave it food, litter, and water. Will wait 7 days from posting for possible owner to reach out before finding it a loving home.Any possible owners will be confirmed by correctly describing the cat's collar.
