He is around 20 lbs and knew his way around the manufactured home park very well. He and another cat from the same house were taken/stolen or displaced on purpose. He is not shy around humans and is very territorial with other cats. Sebastian is neutered and has all his shots, but is not microchipped and did not have a collar.
