He is, I think an orange Tabby. Hes got a white chest and white paws, he is super friendly.I believe he's got a home. he does not act like a stray, but he's terribly thin and frail.he knows how to use a litter box and he definitely knows how to eat.I went and bought everything that he needs and he can take it all when he goes., i just cannot keep him hes got to go somewhere by tomorrow as I am moving and I cannot have him or I definitely would.
