Pet Description:

Black and white long hair cat found near Yolo and The Alameda/MLK Jr. Way—has an airtag collar; however, the airtag isn't working—very friendly—appears to have some eye problems (very watery)—not starving. Not sure if the cat is actually lost or not but I figured I'd post just in case.
