I found an orange tabby on normandale dr. Around 5 pm on 01/26. It was starting to rain pretty hard and I saw him on the street so I walked up to him to see if he was okay. He’s super friendly and had no problem walking up to me asking for pets. I gave him food and he seemed to be super hungry and he had scabs on his neck so I took him in. He’s not neutered so I assume he also doesn’t have a chip but he’s too friendly to be a feral cat. Unfortunately I can’t keep him here but I don’t want to giv
