Update: A small, black cat matching her description has been spotted several times near Phelps and Bates, even hiding deep in a bush at one person's home on 4/15. It has been gone for a week and may now be hiding somewhere near there, but this same cat has been spotted again back near Phelps and Bates on 4/23. Small, pure black, yellow eyes, a small crook at the end of her tail (you can feel, but can't usually see), spayed, belly hangs down a bit, sometimes sticks out her tongue when meowing, so
