My friendly, male tabby cat, Jubilee, has been missing since March 10th. He has a thin, vertical scar on his right ear. He's neutered and microchipped (although I've heard stories lately of microchips slipping or not reading). Its been raining so much off and on, I'm hoping someone took him in or he's been hiding.
