Black tux and a white shirt, clipped left ear. His tail is always down and he is always frowning. Yes, he is a back yard feral. He is definitely more of a chonk now and his fur is more shiny than on this photo. Pity is well mannered, shares food with others, birds can sit on him. Very skittish, it looks like he has been through a lot and it took months for him to come closer. In Naglee Park neighborhood. Please help.
