Pet Description:

All White with black spot over right eye. Looks to be a black spot on the back of its neck,w/ a couple black spots on its back, & all black tail. Front paws are white and back paws appear white as well. Friendly and extremely matted. Comes to my stairwell outside my apartment every evening and I’ve fed it a can of cat food (won’t touch the dry cat food) This cat needs help please spread the word, Thank you ??
