Pet Description:

Found cat since June. He’s been coming back periodically to eat and drink water left out for him. He’s lost a lot of weight since the first time seen. He is not fixed. He is VERY friendly and cuddly- seems to like other people and other cats. Unsure of age but we believe he is full grown.
